UConnect

An app designed by students for students

How it works

UConnect is a digital community based at your university! UConnect was designed to be a one-stop place for students to be able to create a community and gain support, without the hassle of being in person. Our creator understands that many students struggle to balance college life with work, family, etc.. Our desire here at UConnect is to make you feel supported in every possible way. Once you make your account, you are eble to connect virtually with other users at your university on the app! You can even create groups with like minded individuals, message each other, or plan virtual or in person events!

- Ilini Voros, 21, UCLA

"I was struggling finding a balance between my work, my school, and my family. I struggled being motivated to invest in my education. UConnect not only saved my career, it might have saved my life."

The Creator

Mercy Koehler was inspired to create UConnect after her own personal experience at Texas State University. As a student, mother, and worker, she struggled to connect with other students on campus, and felt that she didn't have time to make a community or have the quintessential college experience. After graduation, Mercy used her experience in web design and communications to build the platform she wishes she had in undergrad.
